2. Description of the Service

Flowgains is a training tracking app that offers voice workout logging, AI-generated training plans, progress analysis, and personalized coaching.

3. Registration and Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• An account is personal and non-transferable.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Flowgains offers a free plan with limited features and an Ultimate plan with full access.
• Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store.
• Payments are processed directly by Apple or Google under their terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may vary by region and may change with prior notice.
• We do not issue refunds for unused periods except where required by applicable law or Apple/Google policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Reverse engineer or modify the App.
• Use automated systems to access the App without authorization.
• Post offensive or false content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

6. User Content

• You retain ownership of the data you enter (workouts, weights, notes).
• You grant us a limited license to process that content in order to provide the service.
• We do not sell your content to third parties.

7. Artificial Intelligence

• AI features (plans, coaching, voice logging) are for guidance only and do not replace professional medical or sports advice.
• AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, including design, code, and content, are owned by Flowgains or its licensors. No license is granted to you over the brand or software beyond personal use of the App.

9. Health and Safety

• Flowgains is not a medical or rehabilitation service.
• Consult a health professional before starting any exercise program.
• We are not liable for injuries resulting from use of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flowgains is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your subscription in the last 12 months.

11. Suspension and Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the App's Profile section. All your data will be deleted permanently and immediately.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
• Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after notice means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the user's jurisdiction. For users in the European Union, protections under EU law apply.
